I am a COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, currently practising in Chennai, India. Through the course of gaining my Masters degree, Counselling Diploma certification and fully accredited professional qualification in counselling and psychotherapy, I had the privilege of working in multiple settings and placements in Edinburgh, and have professionally worked with a diverse range of clients including adolescents, adults, and elders, exploring different kinds of emotional complexities and psychological vulnerabilities.
I am also a qualitative researcher, autoethnographer, workshop and group facilitator, and speaker at conferences, both within and outside the UK.
As an ethical, reflective, and dedicated practitioner, I firmly believe that therapy should be a safe and supportive space, and am passionate about integrating warmth, compassion, and authenticity into the therapeutic relationships I foster. I aim to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, and holistic space for my clients, embracing transparency, openness, and vulnerability, welcoming clients from all walks of life.
