CONCERNS & Vulnerabilities

This is a non-comprehensive list of vulnerabilities that I work with. You may identify with a few of these, or even have a completely different experience. I appreciate that your experiences are unique and do not adhere to a 'one size fits all' policy. Instead, I work with your individual needs and hear your distress as you experience it. Our goal is restorative growth: to deconstruct these concerns, work with them to diminish their intensity, liberate you, and help you release long-ingrained pain.

Symptoms are creative attempts at survival.
